Alicia Hall (nee Grabowski)

Alicia’s passion is in media. During her eight years working as a News Reporter for Channel 7 she covered and produced countless national stories. From the 2009 Black Saturday Bushfires to sport, crime and politics.

As a result of working in the media for almost a decade her media contacts are vast.

Alicia is a professional media trainer who creates tailored sessions to suit a variety of individuals needs. Whether it be broadcast interviews, crisis management or basic tips for answering questions, Alicia teaches you how to succeed.

She has trained several spokespeople from large corporate organisations such as Coles and in 2011 she media trained News Limited Journalists in preparation for the 2012 pay wall.

At the start of 2013, Alicia joined the Melbourne Press Club as a committee member.

Lainie Coombes

Lainie brings more than 15 years industry experience working on both sides of the PR fence.

She has spent the majority of her career agency side executing memorable campaigns, but also experienced a stint in-house at Funtastic giving her invaluable insight when it comes to knowing what clients want.

Lainie has worked across a diverse range of consumer and lifestyle brands including Coles, Mattel, Spotlight, Lite n’ Easy and The Good Guys executing both major and grassroots campaigns.

In addition Lainie has been instrumental in managing large-scale events, leveraging major sponsorships and implementing successful media relations programs.

With years of experience in both the Melbourne and Sydney markets, Lainie brings a wealth of media contacts, industry knowledge and most importantly true passion to Project PR.
